Berry.Plays : SENSORY SMUSH PAINT - BIRTHDAY PRESENT

BerryMochi’s Tokma birthday is just around the corner. So, Mommy and walid planned to give her something special from BerryMochi. BERRYMOCHI’S FIRST PAINTING!!

Things we need: 
- Canvas/Paper 
- Washi tapes (optional) 
- Paints 
- Cling wrap  

Ways to prepare (NOT BABY SAFE PAINT)

1. First, I write down the wish with washi tape. For this present I wrote “ HH ❤️ TOKMA"

2. Then, dot dot the paints all over the canvas, again please put a generous amount of paints

3. Wrap everything with cling wrap / clear wrap to avoid baby touching the paint

4. Demonstrate to your baby how to smush the paints 

5. If you have wish on the canvas like mine, make sure every alphabet is covered by paints

6. After done, unwrap the cling wrap and let it dry

7. Peel the washi and TADAAA, your baby’s first painting!!

TIPS:

- During this play BerryMochi is still 5 months old, she hasn’t started with any solid yet. so, for this play I’m using “NOT BABY FRIENDLY” paint. hence the cling wrap to avoid her touching the paint

- For babies who have started their solid and had introduced yogurt/corn flour into their diet, you can make your own baby friendly paint by mixing yogurt and a little bit of food coloring or kalau nk jimat sikit bancuh corn flour or any flour with water and food coloring. (kalau yogurt takut semut datang jugak)

- This is the better way because the goal is for your baby to touch and feel the paint and smush it all over her canvas (and herself and you and everyone and everything..sigh)

- Use a lot of paints.. kalau jimat2 tak jadi (like mine haha)

We wrote down her name and date at the back of the canvas.. signature lah konon.. every artist does it.. hahaha.. ok lah tu.. my little artist <3
