Edible sand??? What??

haha other word is just flour play. Berrymochi (read: Mommy) is very excited for today’s play. She’ll be exploring new texture at the same time having a lot of fun!! we’ll be sharing this happiness with you.. so let’s get started!

Things we need:
- Flour (all purpose/wheat flour/rice flour)
- Baby bath tub/ big tray
- Some toys

How to prepare:

  1. Prepare some flour in the bathtub/big tray. For BerryMochi here I used her bath tub (easier for me to clean it up and hoping it’s harder for her to get the flour out from the bath tub…..let’s hope)

  2. Put your baby in with some toys

  3. Help your baby to explore the flour texture and get comfortable.

TIPS:

  1. AVOID TO PLAY WITH FLOUR if your baby is sensitive to small particle. You can substitute the flour with rice (beras).. use cheap rice and keep it in a container after play to reuse it in the future.

  2. IF YOUR BABY HAVE NOT START EATING SOLID: WHEAT use rice flour instead of wheat because wheat has higher chance of allergy as BerryMochi is allergy to gluten (wheat). I’ll share the link here once I have updated regarding her allergy journey.

Look at that chubb face! Any one craving for fluffy mochi here? haha makan pipi!! it is safe if your baby accidentally consume it but it is not actual food. you still need to have your eyes on them all the time. and let them explore!
